Recipe Ingredients for Tuna and potatoe mexican style

1 cup, solid or chunks Tuna, Light, Canned In Water, Drained Solids
1 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, Baked, Flesh And Skin
3 tbsp chopped Onions
1 Medium Tomatoes
5 g(100 g) Chile Verde
1 spray , about 1/3 second (1 NLEA serving) Original Cooking Spray

Recipe Directions for Tuna and potatoe mexican style

  1. Cook the potatoe on the microwave til is firm but baked

  2. On a pan, satte the onion and chile, and then add the cooked potatoe cutted in cubes

  3. Add the tuna and tomatoe and keep it frying for 5 minutes. Add a little bit of salt if you want.

  4. Eat it inmediately or let it sit covered for 15 min.

  5. Enjoy!
