Recipe Ingredients for Tuna & Potato Patties

2 serving Chunk Light Tuna (Great Value)
7.5 oz Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
1/4 cup Egg Beaters
1 tsp, leaves Tarragon, Dried
0.5 tsp Seasoning Blend

Recipe Directions for Tuna & Potato Patties

Cube several small red or waxy yellow potatoes and boil in a small pot of water under tender. Drain potatoes and set aside. Drain the tuna and place it in a medium bowl. Add the cooked potatoes, Egg Beaters, and seasonings and mash them thoroughly together with a fork. Spray a nonstick skillet with Pam or spritz with oil. Use a spoon to make large three large dollops of mixture in the pan and then flatten them slightly to form patties. Cook over medium heat, rotating them carefully to brown evenly and then turning them when the patties have begun to set. Brown the other side and serve.
