Recipe Ingredients for Tuna pies

1/4 tsp oil
1 spring onion
2 mushrooms
140 grams tuna
72 1/2 grams corn
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tbsp white wine
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 tbsp flour
340 grams shortcrust pastry (2 sheets)

Recipe Directions for Tuna pies

  1. Lightly spray pan with oil

  2. Add spring onion (chopped)

  3. When softened add mushroom

  4. Once cooked down add flour, stir.

  5. Add milk, stir over low heat until thickened.

  6. Add wine, stir

  7. Add tuna, corn, parmesan, stir.

  8. Cut pastry sheets in half (or to desired size).

  9. Place filling in the middle, seal pastry around to make pie.

  10. Cook in moderate oven 30 minutes (or according to pastry directions.

  11. Serve
