Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Patty

12 oz chunk light tuna in water
1 egg
8 crackers
1/4 cup corn meal
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Tuna Patty

Open tuna, drain liquid and put in mixing bowl. Mix raw egg and crushed crackers into tuna. Pat out into 6 patties. Roll each patty in corn meal. Cook in skillet with olive oil until crispy.
