Nummy tuna cakes seasoned and flavored like faux crab cakes.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Patties

2 cups tuna, drained
2 egg whites, beaten
1/3 cup green onion, chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp horseradish (optional)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup FAGE Total 0%
1/4 cup flour, seasoned with salt & pepper
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Tuna Patties

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Form 8 patties.

  3. Refrigerate for 1-hour

  4. Dredge patties in flour, then beaten egg, then coat with bread crumbs

  5. Melt 2 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp olive oil in skillet

  6. Fry patties, 2-3 minutes on each side.

  7. Serve warm with tartar sauce.
