A lighter tuna version of crab cakes. This can also be made in larger quantities for family meals or as a make-ahead meal. They are also delicious cold. Can be served with mustard or light Miracle Whip as desired.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Patties

3 tablespoons Yellow Corn Meal
1 cup StarKist Chunk Light Canned Tuna
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Tuna Patties

Drain tuna thoroughly. Mix in bowl with corn meal and egg until entire mixture becomes sticky. Divide batch and form patties. Cook in unseasoned skillet over medium heat until both sides are golden brown. Enjoy!
