Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Patties

1 can Tuna, White, Canned In Water, Drained Solids
0.5 large Onions
1 medium Carrots
0.33 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
60 grams Breadcrumbs
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Tuna Patties

  1. Dice the onions and pepper small, shred carrots and add to a pan. Cook until it's clear. set aside and cool.

  2. In another bowl, mix the tuna with the vegetable mix, bread and egg.

  3. Form patties and either bake them in an oven that has been preheated to 375 degrees or fry them in a pan until golden brown.
