This recipe is good for 2 servings with roughly 6 patties of about 2.5 inches in diameter. It's just something I recently made up from stuff in the pantry and am still in the process of developing the recipe. Any suggestions are welcome!

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Patties

0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 medium Egg, Whole
1 serving (Chef's Cupboard) plain bread crumbs
2 serving (Northern Catch) canned chunk light tuna in oil

Recipe Directions for Tuna Patties

  1. Open canned tuna

  2. strain tuna, separate oil from chunks

  3. chop onions, add to tuna flakes

  4. add egg

  5. add bread crumbs

  6. mix well, preferably by hand

  7. form patties

  8. heat tuna oil and olive oil in a non-stick pan

  9. fry patties until bottom is golden brown

  10. flip and fry opposite side
