Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Patties

4 1/2 oz tuna
1 cup corn flakes, crushed
2 egg whites, large
2 tbsp lime juice

Recipe Directions for Tuna Patties

  1. Measure 1 cup of corn flakes and crush.

  2. Add 4.5 oz of canned or pouch tuna to corn flakes.

  3. Lightly beat two eggs and add to mixture.

  4. Add lime juice and mix thoroughly.

  5. Form into 4 patties and heat through in a nonstick pan or bake at 350 for approx. 10 minutes
