Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Patties

4 oz chunk light tuna
54 g egg
1/8 teaspoon celery salt
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 oz cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon smart balance

Recipe Directions for Tuna Patties

  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a small bowl; chill at least 30 minutes.

  2. Heat the oil and a little butter in a large skillet on about medium heat.

  3. Drop the tuna mixture by large spoonfuls into the hot oil. Flatten slightly and shape into patties.

  4. Fry about 3-4 minutes on each side until well-browned.

  5. Flip them very gently and brown the other side. Serve with Tartar Sauce or sauce of your choice.
