Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Patties

1 medium zucchini, grated
1 medium carrot, grated
330 g Tuna, Light, Canned In Water, drained
2 eggs
1/3 c bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Tuna Patties

  1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly.

  2. Form into four even sized patties.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  4. Cook on a medium heat in a non stick pan for 4 minutes a side.

  5. Serve on salad or in a burger bun.
