Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Patties

5 ounce albacore tuna
1/4 cup egg whites
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 ounces fat free cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Tuna Patties

  1. Mix all ingredients but oil

  2. Chill for 30 minutes

  3. Heat oil in a skillet on medium heat

  4. Drop tuna mixture by large spoonfuls into hot oil

  5. flatten slightly and shape into patties

  6. fry 3-4 minutes on each side until browned
