A hearty fish pasta (you'll probably want to take seconds)

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Pasta (very fishy:)

16 oz. penne pasta
3 tablespoons olive oil
5 cloves garlic
1 can anchovies
12 oz. tuna, canned
1 cup arugula, chopped

Recipe Directions for Tuna Pasta (very fishy:)

  1. Heat pot of water to boil, add penne, cook until done.

  2. While pasta is cooking, lightly sautee garlic (chopped) in oil, then add anchovies for a few minutes on low heat. turn off pan, add tuna, and dump in the drained pasta.

  3. Mix in fresh arugula and grind on some pepper before serving.
