A delicious pasta salad that can be served as a side dish or a main course any time of year.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Pasta Salad

1 cup Chunk Light In Water Tuna
1 cup Artichoke Hearts
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 cup Organic Cherry Tomatoes
2 serving, raw Cilantro
2 fl oz Lemon Juice
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Dill Weed, Dried
1 serving Bell Pepper Flakes
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black
16 oz Pasta Shells Medium
2 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Tuna Pasta Salad

Saute onions and garlic in one tbsp of oil. Add tomatoes cut in half. Saute another 3 minutes. Add artichokes and tuna, saute another minute. Add remaining ingredients, including cooked/drained pasta. Stir together. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
