Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Pasta Salad

115 g whole wheat pasta
75 g dry white beans
220 g light tuna
2/5 cup fat-free cottage cheese
3 tbsp fat free miracle whip
100 g zucchini
100 g broccoli
100 g green pepper
50 g onion
60 g cucumber

Recipe Directions for Tuna Pasta Salad

  1. Soak beans overnight and cook according to package. Let cool.

  2. Cook pasta according to package. Let cool.

  3. Chop veggies, and combine with pasta, bean, and drained flaked tuna.

  4. Use miracle whip and cottage cheese for "dressing". Season as desired (basil, parsley, seasoning salt).
