Recipe Ingredients for tuna pasta salad (my own version)

2 cups small pasta shells
1 red bell pepper
2 tbsp. shredded carrots
1 cups frozen green beans
4 tbsp. sliced black olives
1 tbsp. olive oil
6 oz. can of tuna
10 cherry tomatoes
1 medium red onion
1/2 cups italian dressing
2 large eggs

Recipe Directions for tuna pasta salad (my own version)

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package

  2. Drain when pasta is tender

  3. In a large bowl, toss pasta, vegetables and beans with oil.

  4. Stir in tuna, tomato and onion.

  5. Coat with dressing.

  6. Top with eggs and serve.

  7. Makes 8 portions.
