From the book "I Loved, I Lost, I Made Spaghetti" by Giulia Melucci. This is an amazing dish and it's hard to only eat half!!!

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Pasta

4 ounces Bow Tie Pasta
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 medium Onion
1/8 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
6 ounce Tuna in Olive Oil
1 tbsp Capers
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
3 tbsp White Wine
1/2 tsp Lemon Zest
2 tbsp Parsley

Recipe Directions for Tuna Pasta

Boil water and had a handful of salt so it smells like the sea. When it boils, add 2 cups of farfalle pasta. I like the tri color variety. Meanwhile, saute onion in olive oil. You can use lemon flavored oil if you have it. SQUEEZE the can of tuna to drain off the oil, add tuna and other ingredients to skillet. Heat thru, drain pasta, and add all the ingredients in the hot pasta pot. Stir well. Enjoy with a glass of white. I prefer Pinot Grigio.
