Quick dinner using canned tuna and tomato sauce. Can substitute fresh tomatoes for canned tomatoes.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna pasta

12 oz. tuna (packed in oil)
3 cloves garlic
8 oz. tomato sauce
8 oz. chopped tomato
8 oz. chopped black olives
1/2 cup chopped peppers
240 grams spaghetti (2 cups)

Recipe Directions for Tuna pasta

  1. Cook tuna in oil with garlic over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, or until garlic turns golden brown.

  2. Add tomato sauce and chopped tomatoe. Add chopped black olives and peppers, and desired spices.

  3. Simmer 15-20 minutes while cooking spaghetti or linguine or angel hair pasta.
