Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Pasta Bake

200 g tuna
200 g pasta
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp parsley
100 g cream cheese
1 pint soya milk
2 tbs i can't believe it's not butter
2 tbsp plain flour
1 tsp mustard
60 g low fat Cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Tuna Pasta Bake

  1. Add 200g pasta to boiling water and cook for 10 minutes

  2. In a separate pan, add the butter and melt over a low heat

  3. Add the flour to the butter along with a drop of the milk and stir until smooth

  4. Slowly add the rest of the milk

  5. Add the parsley, pepper and mustard and cook until thickened

  6. Add the soft cheese to the milk sauce

  7. When the pasta is cooked, drain it and our it into an oven dish

  8. Sprinkle the drained tuna over the pasta and pour the cheesy sauce over the pasta

  9. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top

  10. Cook in a pre-heated fan oven at 160C for 20 minutes or a standard oven at 180C for 20 minutes

  11. Enjoy!
