1 tomatoes, canned
140 g sweetcorn
260 g tuna, canned in water
100 g cheddar cheese, grated
30 g light cream cheese
1 onion, chopped

Recipe Directions for Tuna Pasta Bake

  1. Boil the pasta as directed on the packet. Pasta shapes such as twists or bows work best for this recipe.

  2. While the pasta is boiling, soften the onion in a little water in a pan, then add 1 can of chopped tomatoes, the two drained tins of tuna, the cream cheese and the sweetcorn.

  3. Once the pasta is boiled tip into a casserole dish and pour the tuna and tomato mixture over it. Sprinkle with the grated cheese, then pop under the grill for 10 mins or until the cheese is melted.
