Easy and cheap. Involves a white sauce mixed with tuna, vegetables and cooked pasta, topped with cheese and baked for 30 mins.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Pasta Bake

4 cups noodles
1 cup light tuna
1 cup peas
1 cup corn
1 cup carrot
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons self raising flour
2 cups low fat cheese
1 medium onion diced
1/2 cup ham
2 cups low fat milk
1/2 cup tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Tuna Pasta Bake

  1. Cook Noodles until soft

  2. Combine Vegetables, Tuna, Ham in a bowl

  3. Make a white cheese sauce

  4. Combine all ingredients in a cassarole dish

  5. Top with cheese

  6. Bake 30 minutes in a moderate oven
