Creamy Tuna pasta bake with nutmeg and parmesan cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Pasta Bake

100 grams Fusilli
125 grams Milk
13 grams Butter
13 grams Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
52 grams Tuna, Light, Canned In Water, Drained Solids
20 grams Onion Red
28 grams Parmesan, Hard Cheese

Recipe Directions for Tuna Pasta Bake

  1. Cook pasta in water until al dente.

  2. Make roux with butter and flour. Add milk and cook until thickened. Add grating of nutmeg. Then add tuna and red onion (finely chopped). Add chopping up parmesan cheese. Don't grate it because it's nicer with chunks of cheese that melt when in the oven.

  3. Place in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
