Most people give me a funny look when I tell them about this omlette, but I figured its a way to get some fish in my diet! Tastes pretty good too! Its a little big with all the tuna, I should use half!

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Omlette

2 large Egg, Whole
1.5 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin
5 oz drained BUMBLE BEE Chunk Light Tuna in Oil
0.5 cup Cheddar Shredded Cheese
0.25 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Tuna Omlette

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat.

  2. While oil is heating, whisk eggs and milk together - I also add a pinch of sea salt and a bunch of pepper, my taste!

  3. After eggs are whisked together, add drained tuna and mix together, then pour into pan.

  4. Sprinkle cheese on top.

  5. When eggs are almost set, flip closed and let cook another minute or two.
