Recipe Ingredients for TUNA OMLET (Body-For-Life Recipe)

0.5 can Tuna, Light, Canned In Water
2 tbsp chopped Onions
1 serving great value shredded pizza mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for TUNA OMLET (Body-For-Life Recipe)

  1. Pour 3-4 egg whites into non-stick pan that has been sprayed with fat-free cooking oil.

  2. While cooking over low heat, add in 1/2 can water packed tuna (drained) and 2 tbsps of diced onions.

  3. When egg begins to firm, fold in half and cook for a few more minutes on each side.

  4. Place on plate and sprinkle 1tbsp of shredded cheese on top.
