Recipe Ingredients for Tuna and Olives Rice Salad

130 grams Tuna, Light, Canned In Water
46 grams Cocktail Onions in Vinegar
100 grams Unico Pitted Green Olives
96 grams Medium Pitted Black Olives
137 grams Tomatoes
1 medium Carrots
15 grams Light Soy Sauce
2 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup cooked Long Grain Rice
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Tuna and Olives Rice Salad

Cook the rice for 20 minutes (or until "al dente") in salted boiling water. In the meantime add to a bowl all of the other ingredients, chopping the cherry tomatoes in two and slicing the carrot in thin rings. Add the condiments and mix throughly. Put aside. Drain the rice when cooked and pass under cold water to cool it off. Drain all excess water and add to the other ingredients. Mix and store in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Serve.
