Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Noodle Skillet Dinner

2 can Tuna, Light, Canned In Water, Drained Solids
0.25 cup, chopped Onions
10.75 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
0.75 cup Peas, Green
0.5 tsp Curry Powder
0.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1.5 cup dry Rotini Pasta

Recipe Directions for Tuna Noodle Skillet Dinner

  1. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Place over medium heat til hot. Add onion, saute til tender. Combine water, curry, pepper and soup in a bowl; stir well and pour into skillet.

  2. Add 2 cups cooked rotini, peas, and tuna. Stir well. Cook, uncovered, over low heat 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
