Easy summer salad that gets in the main elements of a balanced meal w/o having to slave or work at it for a few hours. Cook some pasta, throw it in w/ the tuna and rest of it and stir completely.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Noodle Salad

165 g tuna
3/4 cup light mayonnaise
2 cups whole wheat elbow macaroni
1/2 cup scallions, chopped
1 lemon pepper, to taste

Recipe Directions for Tuna Noodle Salad

  1. Cook pasta according to directions.

  2. Chop the scallions, and combine w/ the tuna in large bowl. Add pasta. Add mayonnaise.

  3. Stir all together, thoroughly. Add to lemon pepper to taste.
