Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Noodle Casserole

5 cup Noodles, Egg, Dry, Enriched
496 grams Reduced Fat Sour Cream 30% Less Fat
2 can Tuna, Light, Canned In Water, Drained Solids
15 grams Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
5 slice Nature's Own Honey Wheat Bread
33 grams Parmesan, Grated Cheese
5 sec spray Cooking Spray

Recipe Directions for Tuna Noodle Casserole

  1. Cook noodles until al dente, add broccoli and bring back to a boil, turn off heat and drain.

  2. Using a sauce pan, mix milk and flour together and heat until thick, stirring constantly.

  3. Mix in the tuna and sour cream.

  4. Tear bread into small pieces and scatter over the top of noodle mixture, spray with oil and then sprinkle with cheese.

  5. Cover pan with aluminum foil and place in a 350 oven for 45 min.
