Healthier Version- use reduced calorie/ sodium mushroom soup

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Noodle Casserole

4 cups medium egg noodles
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped bell peppers
1 cup sweet corn, thawed
10 1/2 oz cream of mushroom soup
15 ounces Tuna In Water
1 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon hot sauce
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons bread crumbs
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
15 cherry tomatoes, sliced

Recipe Directions for Tuna Noodle Casserole

  1. Cook noodles

  2. stir in all other ingredients

  3. top with bread crumbs/ parmesan

  4. bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes

  5. serve sliced tomato on top
