Healthier version of a quick one pot meal

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna noodle casserole

2 cup 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
3 can Tuna, Light, Canned In Water
12 oz Wide Egg Noodles
122 1/2 grams Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1/2 cup Peas, Green

Recipe Directions for Tuna noodle casserole

  1. Boil approx 6 qts of water in a large pot.

  2. Add 1 bag of your favorite brand egg noodles.

  3. While that is cooking, combine 2 cans of fat free cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 can of skim milk. mix well

  4. Open 2-3cans of tuna and drain.

  5. After the noodles have been at a constant boil for about 5 mins add 1/2 cup frozen peas to the pot.

  6. Continue boiling 5 more mins or until noodles are al dente.

  7. Drain noodles and peas.

  8. Return noodle and pea mixture to pot and add tuna and soup mixture.

  9. Cook over med-low heat until hot
