Tuna Noodle Casserole w/o dressing, add whatever dressing you like and add its calories.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Noodle Casserole (Dressing Not included)

140 grams (Whole Can Drained) Canned Chunk Light Tuna in Water
3 1/2 Servings No Salt Added Canned Sweet Peas
54 g Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Spinach Egg Noodles

Recipe Directions for Tuna Noodle Casserole (Dressing Not included)

  1. Cook the Noodles according to directions on box.

  2. Open the can of tuna and can of peas, empty both into a medium sized bowl, cover, and set aside in fridge.

  3. After noodles are ready, drain, take out the pea/tuna mixture, and top with the noodles.

  4. Toss around a bit, then get whatever dressing you like and mix it into the noodle/tuna/pea mixture.

  5. Enjoy w/crackers or inbetween 2 slices of bread.
