1 can tuna in water
1/2 onion
1 pepper,jalapeno,raw
4 eggs
1 tbls olive oil
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Tuna n eggs

  1. chop up onion and pepper

  2. sautee onion and pepper in olive oil

  3. add tuna too veggies cook for 3 minutes

  4. beat eggs and add to pan
