Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Mozz and Veggie Grilled Cheese

1.84 serving Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread
2.5 oz Mozzarella, Whole Milk Cheese
0.75 cup Spinach
4 strips Green Bell Pepper
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1.5 oz Tuna, Light, Canned In Water, Drained Solids
1 1tsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 tbsp ICBINB! Regular (Soft)

Recipe Directions for Tuna Mozz and Veggie Grilled Cheese

  1. Fry onions and green peppers with some garlic and a small amount of veggie oil

  2. Butter bread and place in frying pan

  3. Layer tuna, then cheese, then veggies and cover with second piece of bread

  4. Cook about two minutes on both sides
