Recipe Ingredients for tuna mornay

400 g canned tuna
1 cup skim milk
3 tablespoon cornflour
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup peas
1 cup corn
1/2 cup celery
1/3 cup of cheddar cheese
1 cup brown rice

Recipe Directions for tuna mornay

place 1 cup water milk tuna juice and corn flour in the microwave for 7 mins until thick. mix well and add butter peas corn tuna and cheese. mix well and place in oven for 20 mins.serve with rice
