1 1/2 tbsp light mayonaise
3/10 cup light cheddar
1/8 cup diced celery
1/8 cup shredded carrots
1/8 cup chopped apple
1 slices brown bread

  2. put on open bread

  3. cover with cheese

  4. broil on high for 2 minutes
