White bread cheddar cheese melt with a tuna-onion-miracle-whip mix

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Melts

6 slices white bread
4 oz mild cheddar cheese
2 3/5 oz tuna in water
1 onion, chopped
4 oz miracle whip

Recipe Directions for Tuna Melts

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Mix drained tuna, miracle whip and chopped onions.

  3. Spread tuna mixture on three slices of bread. Arrange cheese slices on the other three slices.

  4. Place the 6 slices on a square cookie sheet and place in oven for 2-4 minutes (till cheese melts). This should toast the bread too.

  5. Combine each cheese half-sandwich with a correspondinf tuna-mix half-sandwich to make three sandwiches.
