Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Melt Tortilla

1 can tuna
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 tablespoon cheddar
1 whole wheat tortilla

Recipe Directions for Tuna Melt Tortilla

  1. Lightly spread some margarine on a whole wheat tortilla.

  2. Broil about 2 minutes in oven.

  3. Mix together the rest of the ingredients (except for grated cheddar) and spread on tortilla.

  4. Sprinkle cheddar on top and broil again 2 or 3 minutes.

  5. Slice in 4. Each serving is 2 slices.
