Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Melt

1 can Tuna, Light, Canned In Water
1 sheet Egg Matzah
1 slice (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne

Recipe Directions for Tuna Melt

Mix Tuna and Spices and Mayo together. Spread on top of Matzah, put cheese slices on top, and put in oven on broil until cheese starts to bubble.
