Warm tuna and tomato salad sandwich.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Melt

2 cans Tuna in water
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise, light
5 tablespoons Sour Cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
5 water chestnuts
1 Tomato
2 slices wheat bread
2 slices provolone cheese

Recipe Directions for Tuna Melt

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients together. Spread over 1 slice of bread, layer sliced tomatoes over tuna and place 1 slice cheese over top.

  2. Toast in over until warmed through.
