A nice tuna & cheese sandwich.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Melt

2 servings tuna, in water (1 small can drained)
1 1/2 tbsp oatmeal
1 1/2 tbsp diced onion
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 slice cheese
1 salt and pepper
1 tsp milk
2 oz white bread (2 slices)

Recipe Directions for Tuna Melt

  1. Combine into two patties.

  2. Fry a minute or two in very little oil.

  3. Divide cheese on top & let melt.

  4. Serve on toast with pickle chips.
