I threw this together today after watching cook yourself thin and just used what i had in the house.

Recipe Ingredients for tuna melt

1 can tuna
1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1/2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
2 slices wheat bread
1/4 c. mozzarella cheese
2 slices tomato
1/2 c. salad

Recipe Directions for tuna melt

mix tuna, evoo, lemon juice, basil, rosemary, and parsley flakes together. Toast bread in toaster. Place slices of bread on cookie sheet heap the tuna on the slices of bread and place cheese on top. Broil in oven till cheese is melted. Add tomato slices and spring mix salad. Enjoy!
