Homemade tuna melt with cucumber and tomato on a baguette!

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna melt

6 2/5 oz chunk light tuna
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp sweet pickle relish
1 tsp diced onion
1/4 tsp curry powder
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
3 Serving Garlic Baguette Slices Bread
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1 chopped tomato

Recipe Directions for Tuna melt

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Mix tuna, mayo, pickle relish, onion, curry powder.

  3. Spread over baguette slices.

  4. Cover evenly with cheddar cheese.

  5. Bake until cheese is melted.

  6. Top with cucumber and tomato.
