Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Melt Down

1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 serving Century Tuna Chunks in Water
3 oz Greek Style Yogurt
2 tsp Grated Cheese
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1/4 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
0.25 tsp Cayenne

Recipe Directions for Tuna Melt Down

  1. - Pre-heat broiler.

  2. -Combine all ingredients, except cheese in small bowl.

  3. - Ground cayenne and pepper red pepper halves and place on foil.

  4. -Spread equal amounts into halved red pepper.

  5. - Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

  6. - Place under broiler until cheese is browned.
