Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Melt in a Bowl

4.78 oz 2 Velveeta Shells and Cheese cups
5 oz 1 pouch Bumble Bee Albacore Tuna in Water
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sweet relish
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
2 tablespoons fresh chives

Recipe Directions for Tuna Melt in a Bowl

  1. Prepare the Velveeta shells and cheese according to the package directions - don't overcook.

  2. Mix the tuna with the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl - reserve a few snipped chives for garnish.

  3. Spoon each prepared shells and cheese into an oven-safe individual casserole dish, pushing it to the sides to make a space in the middle.

  4. Mound the tuna salad in the middle and broil in a toaster oven until slightly brown in spots and bubbly.

  5. Garnish with reserved chives and serve (use another plate underneath to spare the table).
