138 g Potato, Baked, Flesh And Skin
80 g Tuna, Light, Canned In Water, Drained Solids
1 tablespoon Light Mayonnaise
50 g Sweet and Crunchy Salad

Recipe Directions for Tuna Mayo/ Small Baked Spud and Salad

  1. Put pierced potatoe on a plate and microwave for approx 5 minutes on high power.

  2. Check potatoe by probing with knife , if more time nedded do so in small increments checking each time.

  3. Mix the tuna with mayo. Then use to fill the baked potatoe.

  4. put salad on the side.
