Recipe Ingredients for Tuna & Macaroni Salad

14 1/2 ounces whole wheat macaroni
9 ounces of albacore tuna
1 red onion
1 cup of chopped carrots
1 cup of chopped celery
2 cups of low fat mayonnaise
3 hard boiled eggs
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Tuna & Macaroni Salad

Cook pasta according to package. Set aside when done. Chop and add all vegetables to a large bowl. Add mayonnaise and then add cooled down pasta to mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add 3 hard boiled eggs if desired for extra protein. Served chilled.
