Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Lemon Tacos

5 oz albacore tuna
1/2 c corn
1/2 c onion
2 tbsp salsa
1/8 c lemon juice
8 white corn tortillas

Recipe Directions for Tuna Lemon Tacos

With a fork, flake tuna into a bowl. Add corn, finely chopped onion, salsa, lemon juice, salt and pepper (to taste). Stir to combine, then spoon onto tortilla (or tostada). Add any of the following to your liking (these ingredients are not added to original recipe and calorie count): chopped cilantro, sour cream, lettuce, salsa, shredded cheese, etc.
