Delicious & fast. A great recipe we picked up in the Bahamas...add minced chile for the real traditional taste!

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna & Grits

12 ounces tuna in water, solid white drained
12 ounces tuna in water, albacore drained
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground
3 cups grits, prepared
4 tablespoons unsalted butter

Recipe Directions for Tuna & Grits

mix tuna, mayo, onions, lemon juice, salt & pepper. serve over prepared grits with butter. yummy!
