Recipe Ingredients for Tuna & Green Bean Goo

1 clove garlic
1/4 small onion, chopped
1 can tuna in water
1 green beans, 1 can
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup cottage cheese

Recipe Directions for Tuna & Green Bean Goo

  1. Heat olive oil in pan, stir in chopped garlic and onion. Cook till onion is translucent.

  2. Drain Tuna & Green Beans.

  3. Toss green beans into the pan w/ the garlic & onion, stir fry for several minutes. Toss in tuna and cook till done to your taste. I prefer my tuna well done, which takes a little longer to cook.

  4. Remove pan from heat. Season to taste. You can add the cottage cheese now, or eat it separately -- I'm a notorious mixer.
