A good, cheap meal to put over pasta. It costs me less than five dollars per meal. Perfect for a college student.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Goop

1 can Tuna, Light, Canned In Water
1 can (10.75 oz) Soup, Cream Of Mushroom
1 can Mushrooms
0.5 package (10 oz) yields Peas, Green

Recipe Directions for Tuna Goop

  1. Add soup, full soup can of water, drained tuna, and drained mushrooms to a medium sauce pan. Simmer at medium heat stirring regularly until well-mixed.

  2. Add peas, and simmer until peas are tender

  3. Serve over pasta. If a thicker "goop" is desired, add less water in the first step. Low sodium Cream of Mushroom soup is also a good idea.
